Pylon's Pixel Pack began as a collection of startup bootscreen artwork,
Workbench backdrops, and patterns known to the Amiga community as
"Arctangent's Graphics Pack", or ArcsPack for short.
Due to popular demand, and by sheer boredom, I changed my name to PYLON,
(the artist formerly known as Arctangent!) and decided to devote my time
and efforts towards creating little surprise packages of artwork for the
Amiga community. You never know what you're going to find in any volume..
It could be a collection of icons, a collection of hand painted general
World Wide Web artwork that you can use to make your OWN homepage,
Dock images, Workbench patterns, anything! Even a mix of several, and
even stuff I didn't even mention above.
Pylon's Pixel Pack isn't just a lunatic's grab bag of artwork. :) Each
volume is a surprise, and each new volume being something to look
forward to.
I do hope you enjoy this, and other volumes of Pylon's Pixel Pack in
the future! If you have any questions or comments, please feel free
to double-click on the icon of the grinning idiot for information
about how to get in touch with yours truly.
This specific issue is specifically for guys who are working on Texture
Mapping engines for the Amiga. The textures could also be used easilly
for Workbench backdrops or MUI patterns, but, all the textures are
precisely 128x128, which is the magic number for most coders when they
are looking for new graphics.
Hope you like em.
